CLASS INFORMATION

DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES

Dynamic Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout designed for all levels, with layered exercises that allow you to progress at your own pace. Expect a challenging and energising session that improves strength, flexibility, and endurance. However, this class is not suitable for those with injuries or movement restrictions that may be aggravated by exercise. If you’d like to discuss whether Dynamic Reformer is right for you, feel free to contact me for a chat.

PRIVARE & SEMI-PRIVATE REFORMER SESSIONS

Private and semi-private reformer sessions are tailored to your specific goals, needs, and movement abilities. Whether you're pre- or post-natal, recovering from an injury, or looking to refine your technique, these sessions provide focused guidance to help you move more efficiently and confidently. Private sessions are one-on-one, while semi-private sessions allow up to two participants for a small-group training experience.

MAT PILATES CLASSES

Mat Pilates is a fantastic way to build strength, improve posture, and enhance overall mobility using your own body weight and small props. These classes focus on core stability, alignment, and controlled movement to help you feel stronger and more balanced. Suitable for all levels, mat Pilates provides a great foundation for movement and complements reformer training perfectly.
