CLASS INFORMATION

DYNAMIC REFORMER PILATES
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout designed for all levels, with layered exercises that allow you to progress at your own pace. Expect a challenging and energising session that improves strength, flexibility, and endurance. However, this class is not suitable for those with injuries or movement restrictions that may be aggravated by exercise. If you’d like to discuss whether Dynamic Reformer is right for you, feel free to contact me for a chat.
REFORMER RESTORE SESSIONS
Reformer Restore is a slower-paced class focused on mobility, stretching, and gentle strength. It’s perfect if you want to ease tension, improve flexibility, and move with more freedom. This class is ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a calmer reformer experience. Please contact me before booking if you have injuries or medical conditions so we can make sure it’s the right fit for you.

REFORMER STRONG CLASSES
Reformer Strong combines the principles of Pilates with the challenge of weight training. Using heavier resistance and controlled movements, this class builds strength, muscle tone, and bone health. Expect a tough, full-body workout designed to push your muscles to fatigue in a safe, supportive environment. Not suitable for complete beginners, during pregnancy, or if you have injuries.
